The Circle of Life Race Human Resources Council is founded upon the three pillars of unyielding work ethic, integrity, and professionalism; we are focused on the internal relations of the council, strengthening communication among councils and members, and realizing that when the lines of communication within the foundation are running smoothly, the rest of it can function at its best.
