Dear Friends of Indiana University,
Welcome to the home of Circle of Life, a charitable fundraising organization that prides itself on finding innovative, unique, and genuine ways of engaging the community in charitable causes. Our community, in addition to the entire Midwest, has an important opportunity at the doorstep.
It was once said by Sir Winston Churchill, "We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give." That innovative opportunity we are seeing bloom on the Indiana University campus is our Mini Marathon event. Circle of Life is already bringing together local dignitaries, IU faculty, students, citizens, and others in helping reach the destination of awarding a full ride scholarship to a cancer survivor. Known as, the "Scholarship for Survivors," the award will be made possible by the contributions of our alumni, local Bloomington citizens, and other individuals that heed our call.
Our hope is that citizens of the community in Bloomington and the entire Midwest region will respond to this cause with optimism, belief, and excitement.
